The hotel was conveniently located for me. My son lives close by. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room it self was comfortable for the rate. It did have a fridge and microwave, that was a surprise. So if anyone needs a more resonable hotel to stay in I would recomend it. Not alot of frills. Downside is it is next to the main road and noisey, bring earplugs:) The pillows are flat and hard:( I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic hotel spot. ...read more

Nice hotel. Bit pricey for the area, because the area does not seem to be very good. Good hotel in not so good area. Other than that, an excellent staff, very friendly. Only bad side, was it had a moldy, musky smell in the rooms. Very noticeable upon entering. Carpets could have used some hot shot, an on the spot carpet cleaner that inexpensive and easy for the maid service to use and I highly recommend you invest in some. Business Traveler
Definitely above average for an economy hotel. It really could be a two star rather than one based on the quality and size of the rooms. Also, half of the rooms have ocean views. The hotel is only several hundred yards from the ocean and a very nice walking trail along the coast, including a pier. Easy access to restaurants and delivery food. ...read more

This hotel is very old and will not appeal to anyone except the traveler who is dead tired and needs a clean bed and hot shower. Poor decor, everything is old & outdated. Smells strongly of smoke, mold and damp odors. Toaster & juice machine both broken room temp milk and cheap cereal constitute the continental breakfast. Chairs ripped & dirty windows sealed shut.
